People's needs are different, the material of the ribbon is also different. The general materials of webbing are: cotton, teduolong (high-strength thread), PP, polypropylene, acrylic, nylon, polyester, gold and silver onion, spandex, light silk, rayon, etc. Now grandlink will introduce to you the characteristics of webbing made by them.

  1, pure cotton ribbon

  Generally used without involving safety requirements, trademark belt, clothing accessories, handbags, sports equipment, medical supplies; Texture: soft; Physical property: natural cotton; Softness: good; Strength: worse than nylon yarn, extra long yarn, PP yarn and acrylic yarn; Dyeing property: after dyeing (water dyeing), water-based dyes, room temperature dyeing about 80-100 degrees; Destructive: self-corruption, environmental protection cutting materials; Characteristics: good water absorption, natural raw materials, no environmental problems.

  2. Polyester yarn

  The main raw materials for producing polyester ribbon :(300D twisting is mostly used for high-speed elastic belt, 150D original yarn is mostly used for knitting elastic belt); The yarn and filling of jacquard belt are from coarse to fine: 1200D, 900D, 600D, 300D, 150D; Properties: twist, no twist (AO original yarn), no twist is required when extra yarn is used for filling; Twist yarn: it is not easy to get fluff when making ribbon. When used in small yarn, twist yarn will not fluff and will emit black smoke when burning.

  3. PP ribbon
